The shell

Silk 30 ounces entirely handmade in Italy at the best silk factories around Como. This model is manufactured with the Madder print technique to give colors additional depth and fullness, creating a splendid aged effect. However, differently from Ancient Madder, this type of print, while offering the same result, has the important advantage of being environmentally sustainable, by avoiding the mass use of chemical tints. The refined and unique finish makes the silk full, smooth and pleasant without affecting its elasticity and its ability to avoid wrinkles.

Interlinings

Double lining: mid weight pure virgin wool and brushed cotton. This particular solution helps to create a compact tie perfect for every knot avoiding wrinkles.

Pairings

Each Quartieri tie can be easily paired with all the classic outfits.
New Madder - Dark is sophisticated, for connoisseurs. The dark grey background is inscrutable, and the typical Madder prints, mid-sized, balanced and not too striking, give brightness. Not for the timid, the best pairing is with a strong sprezzatura.
